Refund Conditions
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be:

    • In original condition as received

    • In original packaging

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: Up to 10 business days after we receive the returned item

  • Process for Refunds: To request a refund, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including clearance items, and custom-made products.

Exchange Conditions
  • Exchanges are available for items that are:

    • Damaged

    • Incorrect

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase date

  • Exchange Shipping Costs: If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
